Time slots shown are suggested times, not confirmed availability. You must verify availability directly with the venue or booking platform before making plans. We accept no liability for inaccurate availability information.

3. No Affiliation

Restassure is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any venue, restaurant, bar, club, or booking platform listed on our site. This includes, but is not limited to:

This data may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Membership prices for private clubs and cigar lounges are estimates based on publicly available information and may have changed.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Always verify critical details directly with venues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restassure AI Ltd and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

9. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair use and protect our service, API requests are rate-limited per IP address. If you exceed the limit, you will receive a 429 (Too Many Requests) response with a Retry-After header indicating when you can try again.
